Please read these Legal Information & Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the MindCove mobile application (the “Service”) operated by EI Marc-Antoine Georges (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
MindCove provides educational content and practical tools to help you learn about and manage anxiety. However, the Service is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Not a Medical Device: The Service is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or experienced on this Service.
- No Therapist-Patient Relationship: Your use of the Service does not create a therapist-patient or any other confidential professional relationship between you and us.
- In Case of Emergency: If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in crisis, please call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or contact a crisis hotline (e.g., the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States). The Service is not designed for crisis situations.
We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from information or tools you learn about through the Service. You agree to use the Service solely at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription”).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (weekly, monthly, or annually). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
- Payment Processing: All payments are managed and processed by the respective platform, either Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
- Free Trial: We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period (“Free Trial”). You will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free version of the Service.
- Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Use of the Service
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
Some features of the Service use an Artificial Intelligence model (Google Gemini) to provide you with feedback. You understand and acknowledge that:
- AI is Not a Human: The feedback provided by the AI is generated by an algorithm and is not the advice of a human professional.
- Limitations of AI: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or information that is not applicable to your personal situation. You should critically evaluate all information provided.
- No Liability: We are not liable for any actions you take or decisions you make based on the feedback provided by the AI features.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EI Marc-Antoine Georges. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both France and foreign countries.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EI Marc-Antoine Georges, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Grenoble, France.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
